OK, you know how sometimes when you first start up your computer, things are going wrong right away and you need to restart again?

Well, this asshole has never heard of that.

He also knew my job pretty well.

He flat-out refused to restart his computer after having browser errors.

His reason? "Because I just started it up!"

"Could we please try a restart--" I began.

"No. Let's not get into that," he insisted.

Well, you'd think that since he knew my job so well that he could troubleshoot his issues on his own, right?

Wrong.

Fucking asshole.
