I fail to see why I must sit here and be insulted, day in and day out.

I was trying to look this guy up by his name, badge number, social security number, etc., but he just kept saying "I'm a contractor!"

Now, when someone is trying to look you up, and help you by creating a ticket for you, it's probably counterproductive to refuse to give pertinent information, and instead persist in shouting, "I'M A CONTRACTOR!"

I kept trying to find him in various ways and finally he said, "I'm a CONTRACTOR! Do you UNDERSTAND what I'm telling you?!"

I'm absolutely certain he could hear the sarcasm in my voice (and I don't care) when I put on my biggest fake smile and said "Ye-es," in a singsong manner.

Why do people feel the need to constantly insult me? I mean, so you're a contractor. So what? Being a contractor does not mean you don't have a badge number. It does not mean you don't have a NAME. It does not mean you don't have a freaking SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. It does NOT help to keep shouting!
