My thyroid levels are normal, and are better than they were a year and a half ago. Therefore, it is entirely my fault I can't lose weight, and I must begin eating fewer than 500 calories a day.
I suppose I ought to clarify. I'd been maintaining the same weight for six months and then I decided to lose weight. I cut all regular calorie soda (about 1000 calories' worth a day), cut way down on the drinking, cut down on sugar, etc., AND started doing a little weight-lifting and walking usually about 5-7 miles a week.
And nothing happened. For four months.
