I don't think I can take any more bad news today.

A woman on a board I post on has posted about her psycho mother in law who got tired of taking care of her cats and a dog and called ANIMAL CONTROL to take them away. She said she did not care if the animals were put to sleep.

Now, two weeks later, this mother in law is talking about GETTING MORE PETS. This makes me so sad I can't even describe it.

Then for more bad news, apparently Jonathan Brandis hanged himself in his apartment last week. At least, that's the report. More info at Sonafide.com. I had the biggest crush on Jonathan in SeaQuest DSV. He was only 27. Why are they always 27? It seems a dangerous year.

And in more bad news, though at least this doesn't qualify as a tragedy on the level of loss of human or animal life, they're considering Natalie Portman for the role of Lois Lane in the new Superman movie. Ugh, ugh, ugh.
