Yesterday I had fun trying to put together the new offer for the house, because the old one might or might not have been good enough, but wasn't on the right type of contract. So I had to sign a new one and fax it in. Feh. I sure hope this works out. Because in all the dicking around this weekend, interest rates went up HALF A MOTHERFUCKING POINT. Fuckers.
