We have a lot of employees from various countries in Asia, and sometimes they have such thick accents that they recruit coworkers to call us for them so that they can get their issues solved faster.

Sometimes they call in themselves.

This last guy I spoke with, I had a lot of trouble understanding. A lot. It took me three minutes to figure out that he just needed a password reset.

Then, when he was telling me his username, he said that the first letter was "R as in Lobert."
