Just got a call from yet another complete and total fucking bitch.

She was locking out her own account, but blamed me. Very patiently, I collected her account information and tried to ask her the necessary questions to track down the source of the problem.

She got more and more snippy until every answer she gave me was delivered in a sneering tone, and then finally she had the AUDACITY to say to ME, "You sound like you're having a bad day. Should I call back and try to talk to someone ELSE?"

I was so shocked and insulted by this that I couldn't speak for a moment. Was she really projecting that much? Was she hallucinating? Was she purposefully vicious? Had I killed her child this morning?

No idea.

But I ended up having to write her a ticket and I finished up the call politely.

However, she made me give her my name. That means she is going to complain to my manager about me.

Fucking horrible bitch.
