So I was trying to reset this lady's password (as usual, names changed to protect the terminally stupid). She insisted her username was "mtsmith". I told her it was "msmith1". So, six times in a row, she tried "msmith". Finally she saw the light and realized there was supposed to be "a number one" at the end of it. So she tried "msmith#1".

I hate people.
