I normally bring both breakfast and lunch to work with me, but today I forgot the bag I bring them in.

I got to work only to realize that I had no food and no cash.

No problem, I thought. I have my ATM card and I'll just get cash at break.

The ATM is half a mile away across the Lockheed campus.

At least, it was until last week. Now there is nothing but a wall there and a sign saying the ATM is down and currently being moved to a location half a mile further still from the location where it had been. Closer to the bigwigs though.

So I have no cash, no food, no way of getting either, and will never again be able to get cash on my break as I cannot walk two miles in fifteen minutes in high heels.
