The last two days, Cinnamon has eaten enough wet food that we haven't had to force-feed her. I am really hoping she continues this. Will has been great taking care of her. We are keeping our fingers crossed.

In other news, why is it that when people call in with printer hardware problems, like a paper jam, or low toner, or a squeaky gear, they call in with only the IP address or print server of the printer, and not its serial/asset tag number?

I mean, if you were trying to help someone locate a McDonald's PHYSICALLY, you would give its street address, NOT its phone number, right? Well, these people don't think that way.

I don't understand why they think that a paper jam can be fixed remotely.
