2004-06-02 - 12:31 p.m. Whoever said the customer is always right has never met Crazy Ticket Lady. She calls in 1-7 times a day, usually with a complaint that her computer is being hacked into. (It's not.) How can she tell it is being hacked into? She just can. Last week, she got a ticket because she said that she could "just tell" that employees from one of our top competitors had hacked into her computer. Please note that this lady is low-level, like me, and does not have access to any information that said competitor would be interested in. At all. Anyway, here is the text of the latest ticket. "Multiple Operating System Problems- Client states her PC has been hacked because she has windows 95 on top of her windows 2000 operating system. Client can tell she is being hacked because 'a little red riding horse has changed her mouse settings to a jello red riding hood pregnant dinosaur'. Client states techs came out and worked on her machine last week but all problems have returned, please assist."
