I am so sad and lonely. I only got about three hours of sleep last night, all told. I feel terrible.

And my last call?

HIM: Yes, I must have a work order for my computer. It froze and then I restarted and now it says non system disk or disk error.

ME: (pause. ugh. Please no.) Could you please take the disk out of the floppy drive and restart the computer?

HIM: WELL! I don't know WHO put THAT in there! (obviously implying that I did it)
