Advice:

When you are making a call to technical support, do not put us on speakerphone. Our time is just as valuable as yours. Can't type with the phone cradled on your shoulder? Tough.

And especially do not put us on speakerphone when there is going to be a long period of you doing nothing but typing, if you have your radio on. Do you have any idea how astronomically grating listening to a radio is on speakerphone, especially when it's set at such a volume as to make it fade in and out every second or so?
