Right now I'm listening on a conferenced call with a client I had spoken with and another analyst. The client was just soooo charming. "I should probably call back and try to get someone who has actually USED this program."

And I'm thinking merely, "Only your site uses this program. This program is on serious crack. Nobody at the helpdesk has any more or less experience with this lame program than I do."

But I conferenced her in with someone else anyway. Because I am a nice person.
