OK, I am on the phone with a really really big idiot.

I asked him to send me the document he was working on so I could do an open & repair on it because it was corrupted.

He needs my name to look up my email address. I gave it to him at the beginning of the call but since I am subhuman to him, he did not bother to remember it. So I repeat it.

"That's M-E-G-G-O-N, of course," he begins.
